I want this interest, because it is interesting!

Well some enjoy specific types of oral such as face fucking and stuff like that. when i thin of the oral interest i just think of normal oral sex . but when see face fucking i see someone liking something specific inside the oral interest that isn't usually seen. its good to know specifics or haveing the option to pick the specific inside the the interest.

Can we find a definition for this which doesn't boil down to an interest in hardcore oral sex?

To me, "face-fucking" and "deepthroating" are two very different things, mostly because of the way they can and cannot be performed. Face-fucking is by definition rough oral sex, as it involves thrusting into someone's mouth. Deepthroating is not necessarily rough by definition. Someone who enjoys deepthroating may hate face-fucking, because the latter implies force whereas the former may or may not.

Having a hard time coming up with good, accurate wording for a definition on this, though. :|

Yeah I agree with Jamie, it is hard to find a better description of this. As you have said before WA narrowing it down to search terms someone will use and know are often better than doing what is totally correct. Facefucking will pop up in searches more often than a specific name for it that no one knows.

This is getting stale. Any more ideas for a meaningful description here? Are we still sure it's different?

Oral abuse does sore of differentiate, Forced fellatio and face fucking could be used as well. I mean theres not really a beter way to say it in short terms... its the act of thrusting into your partners face, not only that theres rough, gentle, willing, and unwilling likely more variations.

It does not boil down to hardcore oral sex. It does boil down to hardcore fellatio, IMO.

Between the ability to mark interests with a 'severity' and 'willing or not', this seems unnecessary. Rejected.
