Edit the name of Supernatural Abilities into Supernatural Nature, and it's description into something closer to "The kind of supernatural qualities a character possesses."

There are people right now using it for cleric/paladin types, and deleting it to add other (traits/categories) would keep them from being inappropriately listed until they noticed and changed it themselves.

Well, are we losing utility with this rename? That might not be a good thing.

I suggest keeping Technological and Magical. If it was good enough for a supernatural power it will still be fine as someone's supernatural nature: robots, creatures who are deeply magical, etc.

Not sure. We're going from "these are my powers" to "this is my nature". That helps us find people who are literally demons without needing to have those powers. A demonic or angelic nature may still fit someone who has those powers without necessarily being that thing.

• race or descent trait (litphoria.com), where it was figured we might just need to rename supernatural abilities.

It comes to mind there's the case of unrecognisable monsters which came up in one of those other discussions.

With this Supernatural nature thing, would we be better positioning Monsters as a species or origin? (Or both?) There's the case of the monstrous dog, or the monstrous undentifiable creature, or the magical monstrous thing.

My thoughts are... have a Monstrous / Monster origin, have an Unidentifiable species (for things that belong to none of them), and let people work out for their monstrous magical abomination whether it's more important they're Magical or Monstrous.
