It would be more akin to usual wording of interests on the site if it was "Expresses an interest in play involving interaction or stimulation of female cervix"
We can remove 'female' without issues but... well, I guess it was supposed to mean that cervix is biologically a female part?
I buy the explanation, it will help avoid some issues in the future to remove it.
