I'm okay with a definition of ageplay that is ageplay (e.g a character themselves roleplaying as a different age, particularly in dd/lg kind of scenarios).

I was just emphasizing that ageplaywill not be added to this site as a euphemism for age differences. It is specifically an in-roleplay roleplay interest, where a character will act like an age they're not.

Infantilism is more specific thing that qualifies somewhere inside the scope of Ageplay, I believe. Also, the definition would be right if done around what I suggested in a comment and explanation would be publicly visible. Any preconceptions people matter little if term is used properly like that - especially since 3 minutes of googling will tell you it is the right explanation.
