How are categories going to work with this? I am pretty sure those can be different between the systems, so maybe have more than one? Like 'DnD Alignment' trait and so on?

With all categories, we will pick representative categories that represent a larger class of possible values. Usually your alignment can be expressed with good or evil or the more expanded DnD-ish lawful good etc. We wouldn't need traits or categories for every system.
