I would just call this Mario, but I also definitely wouldn't have the period on bros. which would make searching more awkward.
Maybe Super Mario? I could imagine just Mario being a bit too vague for some people?
I'd say Mario would be concise enough. Too vague would just labeling it Nintendo

I don't even really play games and I would know immediately what Mario would mean in the context of a canon. I'm not sure there's any ambiguity there; would anyone find that confusing?
