Link autocomplete breaks when you provide the same link twice in the same post: it'll just mutilate the first link's markdown, and leave the second untouched.
You can reproduce it in the comments for this feedback item. Copy and paste the URL above and try it: paste it into your post, hit enter a couple of times for newlines, and then paste it into your post a second time.
