If I want to switch a few interests between columns, it takes a lot of scrolling!

Could we just have every column become a clickable zone or something? Click the arrow, then all four columns become overlayed with a dark grey box saying "MANDATORY", "YES", "WILL TRY" and "NO" or something (with that word floating in the vertical middle of our view as we scroll), so that we can just make it a very simple click arrow, click box, click arrow, click box interaction to swap columns?

This is feedback for right now! It's a pain in the butt doing this even on a PC.

Hmmm. I have not yet seen any interest lists tall enough where this would require a scroll unless your viewport was very small (like on a phone).

My viewport is a large monitor. However, when I'm editing interests, I only get five to a screen. If my character has twenty interests in 'yes', and I'm shifting ones near the bottom, I have to do quite a bit of scrolling to find a small 'will try' button at the top, then do more scrolling back down.

I would actually second that - it doesn't happen that often, but any switches from deep in the column make it a bit of pain to keep going up to move then go back to be where you were editing just before. And I am not sure how absurd of a viewport you need to see them all - I have 15.6" which is not exactly a small one (I bet a fair bit of people use one like that), more like medium, and without any zooming out the site I can see 4 of them at the same time. At absolute max resolution I can set.

Yeah, I get a max of five interests showing up, have to scroll down, then move up to select a region, only to scroll down again to move the next item. I personally combat this by adding most of the interests during character editing rather than creation, so that I can select their region from the top. That is a work around of the issue, though.
