I think we could do with a bit less descriptive definition for this. Something along the lines of (definition pieced together basing on some dictionaries and typical wording on the site):

I believe this came up before and the only thing that comes to mind is:
Is there anyone who would put this in anything other than yes or core? It doesn't seem like something that would add a lot of value if everyone put it on the same list.
Might be relevant for corner cases. I once met a person that outright blocked people who tried anything 'sensual' with them.
I actually got forever ignored for forgetting about it and performing a kiss IC.
