As you can see here it says that I should have gotten 30 points back, but also says that I have only two points to spend. When I tried putting 5 points onto something I got an error that I did not have enough points.

Do you have anywhere to withdraw from? That usually fixes it.
But I think what we need is to actually have some auto-fixing procedure run for refunded users after every refund. This feels way too unpolished and can drive people away from using feedback easily.

Roel, the problem isn't that it runs too rarely, it's that it runs too often. Right now it runs whenever your account total is changed for whatever reason. It just needs to be a bit more intelligent.
Oh, that way... well, sorry for making assumptions, seemed to be the other way.

I did find some bugs in refunding logic, though. It was attempting to refund too much, causing the auto-adjuster to freak out. Only for auto-suggestions though
Ah, well the one in my case was an auto suggestion, so that would make sense.

Cool, then this particular issue should be fixed on next deploy.
I just had to change a feedback by -1 point to get back 95 points that did not auto-refund. Not sure if you've already deployed, or whether you are talking about that same issue in your response above.
WA is making re-code of some things so the fix will come once that is done.
For now, yes, the bug is present, had it too.

Not deployed, hence the in progress
status.

Okay, going forward the refunding for auto-suggestions should be less stupid.
Got something to say?
