I might be splitting hairs here, but to me "Flat" breasts are smaller-than-small breasts, while "none" fits species that do not have them to begin with (non-anthro reptiles/avians, kobolds, etc.)
I think this one makes more sense than previous None. You'll have my points.
If we want males to have category, lets just make Male or make them stay with Flat. None is better as suggested here.
