Clarify automatic suggestion's description-box (implemented)

With recent rise of suggestions made by people relatively new to the site it is getting more and more obvious that automatic suggestions should have description defined better - right now it is the same as for normal suggestions (I want <feature> so that <awesome thing happens>) while we need something more like
Awesome description for awesome Trait/category/interest or anything like that. Basically, make it obvious what goes into box there, because it is not apparent for the first suggestion people make, and often harder to grasp quickly.
Especially since some are easily discouraged.

The view is ostensibly static right now and does not have any javascript on it to change its behavior when you click on things. This will probably get added around the same time the clarification for auto-categories and possibly a wizard for roleplay/feedback is worked on.
The process for suggesting new things seems extremely well worded and explained now. Not sure if this is needed anymore?
