When I visit the Rimming interest's page, I only get the option to add it to one of my characters: see this screenshot

None of my characters have this interest yet, and all of them should be there. The character presented is my most recently created character, but I didn't do anything special to try to get it to show up there.

I've also seen this on other occasions, where an interest would be on one of my characters or none at all, but some who don't have it would be missing from that dropdown.
