Exactly what is says. I can do "Find blue collar profiles" but I can't do "find profiles with field of work of blue collar". I just get "Parse error: Could not find trait 'field'"

Oh, balls. We managed to have a trait with 'of' in it.
Could be changed to "Work Field" ?

I like Profession as a single word better than work.
