A real hassle when you edit character's preferences (and possibly when you read them) is checking descriptions of those by accessing Trait list and then categories one by one, as you can't just mouse over them for tooltip with definition, like you can do with added Traits and the like.
This is a small thing as far as implementation goes, but would increase user's comfort a lot, and make the process feel better.

Where exactly are you not getting tooltips for preferences? I am seeing them everywhere I have checked so far.
Profile edition, when you mouse-over already added Preference - there is no tooltip (which means that during checking somebody's profile, you can't see them by hovering over their preferences either). You can technically remove them to read the description but... is not the most pleasant way of checking if everything is in order.
