I would rather have it defined as 'pathologically low' myself - 'no empathy' sounds a bit too soft for what we are talking about here, might be misleading for people who would want to have a 'cold' character instead of 'I can do unimaginable to you and feel nothing, no matter who you are'.

Well, "no empathy" is the same as "psychotic", wherein you can literally not feel any empathy for other human beings. Low empathy would be something else.
Can't this just be named 'none' instead of psychotic? I hate to be that guy, but psychopaths are selectively empathetic not incapable of empathy.
I actually tried to read about it and seems like it is all over the place as far as stance on this is considered.
I suppose it was meant to be 'psychopatic' or something like that, but ended suggested like this for... reasons.

Well, none is the best-fitting term here but it is the least searchable (would require long form). Pyschopathic or sociopath might work, but neither are particularly nice to search either.

We might also want to call this none and then add a sadistic or something to catch people who enjoy hurting the feelings of others (which would basically be a socio/psychopath without the baggage related to those terms).
I don't think sadistic is anywhere close to Empathy. It is entirely different thing, which might be connected to low/lack of empathy, but is not a 'level' of empathy.
Only other name I could think of (other than sociopath) would be insensitive.
