Implants would go under Piercing I believe. There is also an Implants trait, you could just add "Decorative" in the text box.
What kind of implant would be a Decorative one? I think it is most important thing to ask about now.
Breast Augmentation Implants... that chick that has horns in her forehead... O.o
There could be a subcategory to the Implants. I also wanted to see Pascal with a type of implant for his own. "Military" ...its not medical, its not sexual. Its an implant to augment his fighting capabilities, and its not cybernetic either... Since its a magic device that he implanted into his hand.
