Not sure how many people would be using it at the moment (possibly because it isn't there), but it seems like it would be a really useful feature to break up RPs that people just want others to be able to read and those public RPs that are designed to allow other people to still jump in.

There actually wouldn't be any way to determine this right now, so the feedback velus linked is a dependency for this being implemented.
