Right now, the adding of preferences through profile editing looks very messy and unpleasant (off-puttingly so, even) at least when using Firefox, as seen here.
I think a much better, visually pleasing way to do it would look as this little mockup I made.

This was actually broke by a recent update to adding profile comparisons and not how they should look at all. They will be fixed soon.
