Looks like it isn't the whole tooltip, just the mention of 'past' vs 'present'. The examples are okay. Here's what they're saying at the moment (and a link to verb tense):
Present tense: Roleplay using verbs in their past tense (look, run, say, etc.)
Past tense: Roleplay using verbs in their present tense (looked, ran, said, etc.)
