We have an interest for indicating how much we like to focus on male ejaculation and its results (cum play), but nothing for indicating how we feel about the female equivalent.
This won't be sorted out by a preference, especially since for some this is not a gender neutral thing.
Hmmm, maybe change the name to just squirting and use terms that refer specifically to genitalia rather than "male/female"? Interests should avoid gendered terms so they can get more usage by all profile types.
I did some editing of the name and description. Good calls, both of you. Is there a way this can or should be improved further?

We should try to avoid recursive definitions when possible and keep these simple and to the point, so my suggestion would be:

Though, this definition makes it clear this is not an interest which would obey give/take so we might want to second-guess this.
Additionally, I'd like the interests to be gender-neutral whenever possible (which would allow give/take more easily) so is there anyway this could be meaningfully merged in to produce a unified interest in ejaculatory fluids that doesn't sound as... dry, as that?

It could refer both to the 'act' of ejaculating and to the 'ejaculation' fluid itself.
I agree it is important to keep them separate. People have different feelings about each one, and having something like this in our "yes" can communicate that yes, we are thinking of this specifically and we mean it!
I've updated it again with Ren's version plus a bit on the end still.
