Every now and then while I'm adding interests I'll add something to the wrong column, have to stop the process, change it over, start the process again, etc.
It would be really useful to have access to all of the editing tools, even that one, while I'm adding interests!

This was mostly done to keep visual complexity down. There can be a lot on screen with adding+editing at once!
