Feedback ยท compatibility issues (solved)

I recall seeing someone post something similar in the past, but I could not find it with a search. I was looking at a profile and while it showed a compatibility of 0% that was clearly not true. I tried refreshing, and it still shows the same thing. I also tried clearing my history, but that did not seem to resolve the issue either. Here is a screencap of the issue. At a glance, you can see that there are many areas which line up. Though it does not show, the interests section has a similar issue...

I have this issue as well. So far, it happens in Chrome and Firefox (see it count up, then drops to 0.0%. Refreshing counts it up then leaves it at the number.) It doesn't happen on internet explorer for me.

I have fixed something that was causing this, but it was specific to character/account switching. Can you check if this is still an issue, and how to reproduce if so?
