I have not seen too many things where this occurs. Do we want this just for the sake of completion or is this a meaningful interest people have?
This is totally a thing. It seems kind of common in some specific gay circles? An example would be a character becoming taller, more muscular, hairier, more aggressive, wearing different clothes, becoming a "bro", etc.
