Not sure if this is actually broken, and I was almost sure I'd seen some mention of it before, but can't find it again. But- I endorsed something that went into discussion. Now I can't remove any of the points, and they didn't refund automatically.

Problem is usually things don't go into needs discussion after they can be voted on. It's supposed to be a state immediately following new, and is a state wherein you're not supposed to be able to tweak endorsement. So it should auto-refund.
