Section for Friend Requests (accepted)
master of 2 children
I recently discovered after receiving a friend request, that if I logged in somewhere else, or even just logged out and came back to Litphoria, the notification for a request is GONE. So basically if you don't get it the first time you log in then, then you're pretty much screwed to see it.
There should be a section for friend requests that doesn't just go away. Not EVERYONE gets to requests right away.

This is incorrect. It must be cleared out like any other notification, so clicking it, clearing out your inbox, or accepting the profile invitation. It does not go away when you sign out/in, and, even if it did, the friend request is still there, so if you view that profile again, you will be able to accept it at your leisure.
Just clicking a notification for a friend request should not make it go away. It should still be visible that you have one until you either accept or deny it.
I agree, it would be useful to keep friends requests around until you act on them (accept/decline).
I too want this. Basically, it is actually somewhat easy to end up not knowing what profile tried to friend you if you don't take care of it immediately. If you follow the notification link, the link disappears, and then if you don't remember who it was that tried to friend you, you have to hunt through profiles. And if you don't remember what profile they tried to friend, then you have to try it with multiple profiles. Whether this is shown somehow, somewhere, or the notification just sticks around until the pending is no longer pending, something should be added, IMO.
Improving the friend feature is a good thing and this is rather simple.
It's more than a year later, and I probably have three friend requests now that are lost to the aether, inaccessible, at least one of them more than a year old.
Got something to say?
Why don't you register and participate?
Litphoria has a unique community feedback system, where the community decides what profile options are available, and what order new features are developed.
