The discussion in Revise the definition of both secondary sexual characteristics (litphoria.com) reached a point where the Secondary Sexual Characteristics trait may be unnecessary, except that it's the only trait that mentions facial hair. So here is that. I am not 100% sure whether this trait is actually necessary, but someone pointed out that searching for bearded men can be as popular as searching for blondes, which is a fair point.
I might be uncorking quite the discussion here, just like how all the other hair-related traits took a lot of discussion to work out. Here's what I think may cover it: None, Stubble, Moustache, Short beard, Full beard, Enormous beard, Large sideburns. (But a couple of those may be unnecessary.) That is very specifically trying to paint broad brush strokes though while very much avoiding getting into the specifics and subtleties of the enormous variety of facial hair patterns.
(Furries: consider "there's just fur there" to be "none".)
(I need to clarify what I mean about the discussion on that other feedback: there's presently general agreement that its 'Both' category may be unnecessary, but also some comments around possibly the whole trait being unnecessary too, but we'll work that out as we go and whether to remove it or do something else with it.)
