Inline code should have word breaks (implemented)
People across the site are taking to using inline code for a lot of phrases.
There's a problem with that. When the code is very long, it will scroll right off the side without a line break and you'll have to scroll horizontally to read all of it.
On phones, "very long" is, often and in my case, not even quite wide enough to reach the "long" in there.
Chat has a horizontal scroll bar for me right now because of usage of this for long phrases. This suggestion doesn't even have a scroll bar so I can't scroll across to read the line above.
Could inline code please get word wrapped like any of the other of my words?

For longer quotes it is better to use the standard quote
From my understanding, this variant sets up a defined width. That means that you can write as much as you want, and theoretically this should not cause the issues with the stretched out bar. As you can see, there is a method which includes line breaks already, it just uses a different symbol. > that one to be precise : )
We do have code blocks:
they look like this and start with four spaces
when a line is very long you can still read all of it which is pretty good for phones. Extra words to make this kind longer.
But inline code is being used for search queries (find profiles into something, something with thing of thing can get very long), names of profile features, and any other time somsone is referring to something special. (personally I prefer italics for terminology but I can't change how people are using it now)
