When I click a notification about a new feedback comment, I want to be taken to that comment, with the page scrolled to its position. The comment should be briefly highlighted so I know exactly which one I should be putting my eyes on.
When that feedback gets implemented to just present all notifications for one piece of feedback as one notification, the link should take me to the very earliest message in that set of notifications. (Which means further notifications can just be dropped I guess! I've already got my link to the earliest thing, later messages can be ready after it.)
