I confirmed this on several different characters. As per this image even when traits and preferences are present, no percent is showing. It is not showing for the interests either. Attempted refreshing with no results. Confirmed in main chat that it is happening with others.

This was caused by a regression with the latest deployment. I have reverted the relevant changes and it appears to be working now.
