Search results are currently useless for very extreme interests, such as violent stuff. Those into extreme interests tend to need people who are genuinely interested in it, or happy to base an entire scene around it. There's always very few of those people (or the interests wouldn't be seen as so extreme). Most people are going to be entirely uninterested in paying any strong focus to extreme interests, or making them a central part of the roleplay, but they'll be passingly into it maybe possibly happening.
Search results for extreme interests however include everyone with it in their will try or yes lists, and it's limited to 20 results without pagination. Those 20 results are almost always going to get crowded out by the wrong kinds of matches, and we'll get few useful results. We can't filter it down by more interests, because those will just be in a yes or will try list too.
Here's what I need: the ability to search only for people who are into an interest listed as core or mandatory, because I want people who will genuinely enjoy focusing on it and even base an entire scene around it. I'm going to pick out one interest, search by that this way, then maybe search by a different one or both at once. I'll see what turns up that way, and usually they're going to be actually helpful results - again based on experience in similar systems.
