It seems to be stuck on the "Visit Feedback" step which is proving to be irritating and mildly distracting. I suggest an exit button somewhere to avoid getting stuck on the tutorial.

Head to the tutorials help page and click Stop all tutorials. It's the current best workaround.
At the moment the tutorial issue's known about, though the rewrite for the chat & roleplay servers is taking development priority.
