Interests should be action-y. How about gagging?
"Gagging" is unfortunately the thing you also do when you get something stuck down your throat, and also a synonym of "wretching".
Mouth gags sounds clear enough to me even if it's not actiony: it's crystal clear what an interest in receiving or giving a mouth gag means.
(Mouth gagging is unfortunately just weird-sounding to me.)
How about "Gag Wearing"
I think Gags would fit better instead of Gag Wearing or Gagging. Gags can be a ball, ring, or improvised gag where as gagging is more like throwing up or choking and Gag Wearing just sounds odd.
