I keep going back and forth on whether this is a setting or not. On one hand, it's a combination of settings. On the other hand, there are fictions like Magic: the Gathering which are set in a multiverse but that multiverse is indisputably their setting.

There's another consideration: our "settings" are more like "genres". Points of Light is a setting, Forgotten Realms is a setting, Azeroth is a setting - all of these are of the fantasy genre though. One may want to indicate whether their multiverse setting is a fantasy genre multiverse, a sci-fi multiverse, etc - unless it's an "all of the above".

I'm gonna lean toward "yep this is a setting". But I'm also wondering if my "maybe it shouldn't be in this list" is caused by the fact the Setting list actually describes Genres so far.
