Filling character to 4 pictures, then deleting one does not reset the picture availability. Currently, I have 3 pictures and have no option to add a fourth.

If you save, and refresh the page, then go back into edit mode, you'll be able to add a fourth. Same if you delete a second image so you go down to 2.
It's just that when you delete image #4, it doesn't automatically show the button for adding a new picture.
This one got reported a while ago but I can't remember where the link is. It's fine leaving this one around, it can be closed as a duplicate when we find the original, if there is one.
