Chat's very slightly taller than my browser window, and gives me like 10-20px extra vertical scrolling room. It's a little odd, but it occurs to me it's also a little odd that chat has a fixed height.
I would like chat to resize automatically so that the chat entry always sticks within the bottom of my browser window, and the backlog takes up whatever space is available.

I'm endorsing this upon the assumption that it's referring to a dynamic height for the centrak backlog element.
I've reworded this to make it clear that's what this is for.
