Going to a profile and viewing the trait compatibility percentages currently displays as 0% every time. I am aware this was brought up before and fixed, but it seems to be back.

I am one who has the same issue... I guess it has to do with something running in the background... scroll around a bit... wait some time, then refresh... it usually works for me as workaround. I suspect the scripts in the background just need time.
