The same issue found here: guests cant view rps (litphoria.com).
Once again, the people viewing my RP adverts can't view my plots and characters, even though I have them set to public for guests. Can I please get a fix on this?

I created a roleplay on the test server: an ad set visible to guests (testing.litphoria.com) I set it up with: (tick) anyone can view it, (tick) anyone can post, (no tick) disallow guests.
Opening it in an incognito tab I could see it just fine.
I then also set (no tick) anyone can post, just in case something was kooky, and could still see it.
Did you actually tick "disallow guests"? (It's weird and bad that there's two "allows" and one "disallow" but I've made some feedback about that interface in the past that I think is accepted.)
Require viewers to be signed-in.
This is unchecked in the characters: all of them.
disallow guests from viewing the roleplay
This is also unchecked across the board.
It wasn't a problem the day before yesterday, but today someone messaged me saying they could not view my plots or my characters.
I can see Rare's profile and her ad in Incognito mode, and I just installed a new browser on my phone and could still see both. I think there might be more to it - what did they see exactly?
We have issues with various site pages failing to display on iphones - were they using one of those? Dolphin shares some of those issues, and was the browser I installed fresh and then used.
I know when I logged out to look, it gave me an error about a token, as described in the link to the original. I'll ask what they saw.
Seems it's fixed for now.

Please let us know if this happens again, and what the other person sees.
First-time visitors to a channel will experience a long load time. This is.... not good. I'll open an issue requesting that load time be shortened.
The token error is concerning but would be separate.

If they did just see a very long loading time (and gave up) I will merge this issue into that new one to help express its effects. Is that the case?
Error is what they saw. I triple-checked, and everything was fully public at the time.

That page tells me I must be logged in ("IwakuRoleplay.com - Error, You must be logged in to do that."), and that registrations are closed. It looks like an image. Can you upload it to imgur or another service?
i.imgur.com There you go, sorry.

Thanks, that clarifies, and is definitely unexpected.
Yep. In the future if it happens again, I'll supply more screens and such of what happens. I'm not sure when this sort of thing happens or why, but maybe the screens will somehow help.
Got something to say?
Why don't you register and participate?
Litphoria has a unique community feedback system, where the community decides what profile options are available, and what order new features are developed.
