Our What are endorsements? help page consists of the following text:
Endorsements are a show of support for a given set of feedback --- either for a bug or a feature suggestion. They are similar to voting for a given feature, only you have a limited amount of 100 points to spend. When a feature is "resolved", such as closed or implemented, the points spent are refunded. Giving your endorsement to feedback also notifies you when the feedback is "resolved".
Endorsement points are used to prioritize feedback development as it shows not only what ideas people like, but how much they want it. There is currently no way to get more points.
New users frequently don't recognise they can freely allot and withdraw endorsement points, and no wonder, since this doesn't talk about that at all. Instead it emphasizes that you have limited points to spend and can't ever get more than 100. There's a brief mention of refunding, but that's the only stated way to get them back.
We should redraft this help page to emphasize the free withdrawal and re-allotment of points that is available.
