I'm not sure why this isn't a feature already; maybe it was difficult to implement. A way to input a certain level of Trait Compatibility (say, > 85%) and it shows you matches that best suit your character.

Something like this--essentially matchmaking--is planned but as you say, it's difficult to implement with the current search engine. Searching based on trait compatibility is definitely something that's on the horizon.
