Feedback ยท Center Align text. (needs discussion)

While adding things there is options for Bold, Italics, and all that good jazz but all the automatic left aligned text gives little options for aesthetics, we need to be able to align text to right, center, or left.

There are two reasons for this:

  • We use markdown

and

  • We support devices of all screen widths

Typically to make something centered "visibly" (ie in a pretty column) you need to fix the width to a portion smaller than the total. This is quite painful on a phone, where width is very previous indeed.

While this is technically possible with our new parser (which supports a clean subset of HTML), I'm uncertain about adding it. There's the above mobile reason, but also just a function over fashion thing. Maybe it'd only be added with an additional toggle so that viewers can turn off alignment they find annoying.
