This trait would allow players to describe their characters' testicles, whether they have none or what size they are if they have them (small, average, large, huge, etc.). I imagine there'd probably be options for other features, although I don't dwell on them myself so I couldn't offer help. Maybe "internal" or "multiple pairs" or something. I'm not the expert.

Personally, this would make it easier for aficionados, lovers, appreciators of reptilian testicles to find said reptiles with external testicles. Dragons, dinosaurs, lizards of all breeds, and so forth. ...Don't judge me.

In my opinion, the genitalia trait options don't specify testicles, so for players interested specifically in testicle play might find this useful for their needs.
