Would it be possible to add a setting, via checkbox or options page to disable sending a post when hitting return so it simply acts as a carriage return like "shift+return" does?

As someone who writes a lot it is just habit to hit return which leads to accidentally sending when you intend to just be starting a new paragraph.

This is configurable per-channel. Simply click on the gear in the top-right and select whether you want enter or shift-enter to act as the post send (and the other as the carriage return).

I find it kinda cool someone else actually does call it a carriage return~

Thanks so much for the info, I am embarrassingly new here and didn't know that I could change it. I did look but I can be a bit of a ditz so I must have missed it...all three times I checked. lol As for the "carriage return" comment, I'll go with cool since its better than having to admit I'm old enough to have actually used a typewriter!
