I need to verify my email in order to have more than one profile, but there's no guide on how to do it, and the resend button doesn't do anything. I looked into the help section but there's no mention about it either. Do only certain accounts work with being verified or is there something else?

Yes, I have the same issue! I want to make another character profile, but I can't unless I verify. I re-typed my email out multiple times and clicked the resend button multiple times. I'm very sure the button for disabling emails was off too, so I have no idea how I'm not getting emails to verify...
