Add a 3 warning system to any chat or roleplay made when a Rule System is made in said chat or roleplay, so if the person owning the chat isn't there, the Toxic people can still get banned for rule breaking / Bans, If someone is Kicked or Banned from so many Roleplay and Chats, as well as So many Ignores placed on a person, their Account and Alt accounts would be Banned from their device with a wait period of 1 month to be able to create another

This already exists. The site administrator already has the power to warn and ban users. Asking the administrator to implement an autoban system based on how many users ignore another is quite literally nonsense.
