I can't get the verification e-mail to go through. I've tried checking in spam, resending, changing the email, deleting the account and restarting, all of it! please, please, please, someone help me!

I'm having the same issue, I've tried to have the email resent at least a dozen times with no success, and I know that the email address is correct. Any help with this would greatly appreciated!

So, I have also attempted the change of active character and tried to receive verification, however, it hasn't worked. Still pending verification.

I am having this problem too and I can't make another character even though I already have 3 without being able to verify the e-mail. How is this still going on and No One has looked into it.

This has also happened to me, it's really annoying
