Is this meaningfully different from vore, an interest we already have?

It's pretty far out of my interest range so I can't speak authoritatively what unbirth is or is not. I'd like to get some more opinions from people who are fetishists for this kind of thing to see if we need to modify unbirth to reference consuming orally or if this is good as a kind of "soft vore".
I like endosoma, even though I'm a hard vore fetishist, so I'll give this one a try: this definition given of endosoma is a little tricky. Soft vore is basically vore that does not cause any harm to the prey (or at least it's implied if they're digested or not, but nothing happens in the actual RP or fic) so, technically yes; soft vore basically just endosoma. However, endosoma is not necessarily vore. The fetish itself is just the sensation/sounds of being inside, not actually being eaten, so I'd say that there is a difference -- even if it is subtle -- between vore and endosoma.
Kind of like the difference between weight gain and food play, I suppose.
Also unbirth/anal vore/cock vore/anything like that is really tricky from my knowledge because most people (including myself) are very torn on these different kinds. For example I really dislike any alternative vore and if I were to search for "vore" I wouldn't want anything relating to unbirthing, anal vore and cock vore to come up. Some people love unbirth but are repulsed by anal vore, some people love anal vore but hate cock vore, etc etc

So are we saying this is going to be our "soft vore" interest, basically?
I think most people who are into soft vore for the purpose of endosoma (which seems to be a lot of people) will use it for their purposes, yes. People who are also just into tummy sounds and sensations will probably use it as well, which is basically two birds with one stone.

That works well enough for me.
