The system for this has been implemented and tested and it appears to work fine. I'll be going through the process of adding individual e-mails now.

I'm considering this 'implemented'. I've added specific e-mails that were needed, and I'll be adding more with the passage of time and new needs arise. I don't want to add too many and spam people though.
