Feedback ยท Corrupted(?) Roleplay or bug in age wall. (solved)

I get a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error when going to newly created and edited Roleplay, Girl Next Door

This was after editing it once, marking as sexual, disallowing guests from viewing, setting Use post order, and setting Require a post every 15 minutes.

Hm. Something you did did manage to mess up the data in the roleplay. It ended up without an owner - did you change the post order at all?

Anne Mayer

No, and when opening for edit, my picture was there.

Anne Mayer

Though I did not save it as such, I may have checked and then unchecked 'require IC posts adhere to post order' for sake of listing everything I touched.

I have fixed this via data manipulation, the issue was empty setting. Please see if you can reproduce again so I can fix whatever was allowing you to have an empty setting in the first place.

I borkecated in that setting box again. I remember the first time that I was going to put something in settings, and I selected the words and deleted them. Then saved. So that is what I did this time. Same thing. Edit, empty out the Setting box, Save, and borked. I am improving my borking skill.

Anne Mayer

When you get the chance, can you unbork that RP? Now that you know how to reproduce the problem, you can fix the error, like check if Setting is empty prior to running into that error. Thanks!

yup, unb0rked again.
