We might expand this definition to include prescription drug abuse, maybe.
Not sure, but I would imagine that there would be many who want this for recreational drug use, drug abuse, and drugs for transformation, aphrodisiac, and incapacitation of a victim. Just to flesh out the categories. That still might be one Interest, and the user fills in the context.
